1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 vanilla pods
250 ml whipping cream
0/5 pound mascarpone cheese
300ml dessert wine / muscat wine
30 (about) ladyfingers
glass bowl 8" x 6"
optional: 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1) Puree with mixer half of the strawberries with 2tablespoons of sugar. Halve the other strawberries and sprinkle with 2tablespoons of sugar.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2hours.
4) If desired, sift cocoa powder over top when serving. Serve immediately.
